Program Guide.
The Goal: Restore Healthy Blood Flow
The main purpose of this program is to use vacuum therapy to cycle oxygen-rich blood through the penis. This process helps to restore and rejuvenate penile nerves, cells, and tissues, which is essential for healthy erectile function and preventing shrinkage.
Daily Rehabilitation Routine (8-10 Minute Session)
Frequency: Once daily (morning or evening)
Position: Standing is ideal. If not possible, sit or lie down.
Step 1: Preparation
- Apply a water-soluble lubricant to two areas:
- Inside the cylinder: To help the penis expand smoothly.
- Along the rim of the cylinder: To create a good vacuum seal.
Step 2: The Exercise Cycle
- Activate the Pump: Press the button for 2 seconds to create a vacuum.
- Hold/Pause: Hold the pressure for 10 seconds.
- Repeat: Continue the pump-and-hold cycle.
- Reach Firmness: When you reach your desired firmness or the motor automatically stops (due to the safety limiter), hold the penis in the cylinder for up to 3 minutes.
- Release: Press the release valve to let the blood recede and the penis become soft.
- Repeat Sessions: Start the cycle again. Get as many of these sessions in as you can within your 8-10 minute timeframe.
- Listen to Your Body: If you feel discomfort, that’s your cue to pause and hold. If you feel pain, stop the session and resume in 24 hours.
Using the Device for Intercourse
Once your body has healed and can achieve erections firm enough for penetration, you can use the device for intercourse.
- Follow the Daily Routine to achieve a full erection.
- Place a Tension Ring: Slide one of the provided tension rings to the base of the penis.
- Remove the Cylinder: The tension ring will maintain the erection.
IMPORTANT: The tension ring must NOT be left on for more than 30 minutes.
Special Routines
For Peyronie's Disease (Curvature)
- Goal: To stretch the penis and break down plaque causing the curve.
- Routine: Achieve 8-10 erections, but hold each erection in the cylinder for only 20-30 seconds before releasing.
Pelvic Floor Training (Kegel Exercises)
- Goal: Strengthen muscles to improve bladder control and sexual function.
- How to Find the Muscles: Tighten the muscles you would use to stop urination midstream.
- The Exercise:
- Tighten your pelvic floor muscles.
- Hold for 3 seconds.
- Relax for 3 seconds.
Frequency: Perform 3 sets of 10 reps daily, ideally after your vacuum therapy session.
Key Takeaways
- Consistency is Key: Daily sessions are crucial for restoration.
- Focus on Feeling, Not Seeing: Pay attention to the sensation of pressure and how your body responds, rather than just visual growth.
- Patience: The healing process takes time. Be patient and consistent.
- Lifestyle Matters: Support your progress by eating foods high in nitric oxide (like leafy greens), staying hydrated, getting daily movement and sun, and limiting erection blockers like alcohol and fatty foods.
